Niho Market. It can't compare to the first 2 we visited.

Ishiya Chocolate Factory

The attention to detail on the production floor was amazing. These biscuits used to be a novelty in Singapore. They were always bought as souvenirs from friends and relatives returning from Japan. Nowadays, they are a lot more common and easily purchase.
