We've missed breakfast by a couple of mins, they were already putting up the lunch menu.

Its tuesday, 6:15am, but the market is not open... Cos its the day of the Melbourne Cup

Spring is almost over, summer is on the way.
The melbourne museum, they were hosting the tutankhamun display, but the price was a little too dear for us to go in.

Mekong pho shop. One would think, "why travel all the way to australia to eat pho", but this was the best bowl of pho i've had outside hanoi.
Rice paper spring rolls, and they were nice enough to make them without parsley for us.
Definitely the 2nd best bowl of pho I've had so far.

Our rental for the week, a toyota yaris.

They had a lovely tour of the production of champange.

Riddling hall is where the bottles of champange are hand-turned to produce the bubbles.
We stumbled upon this little restaurant with a herb garden in the back. It was the chef picking fresh herbs that made me say "we have to eat here".

The dessert pies looked and smelled amazing, but we were much too full to have any. (btw, the place baked their own breads)

We made it to 'pie in the sky' at exactly 4.30, closing time. They no longer had hot pies, but we bought a couple of cold ones to heat up back home.
Another lovely stumble-upon. I took the wrong turn and we made a quick pitstop for a hot pot of tea at the snotty fox.
