Rental Car. Start 119322

Day 1: First meal, Marty's go to Pan Mee. This was good. Will be on the eating list.

My favourite view of Kuching from Pullman hotel

Took a drive out to Sinaiwan town, charsiew on charcoal. sooo good.

Some traditional fuchow dish. Fried bread, stuffed with braised pork. so so good.

The braised pork that is stuffed in the fried bread.

Tried this last time I was here. Have to repeat.

Some of our dinner

The beautiful town of Sinaiwan, only open on Friday/Saturday/Sundays

Butter in Coffee?

The whole point of the trip. Redneck Games. We missed out on Archery and Bowling this year.

101 for dinner. Mystery Meat on Sticks. So delicious. Moo, Baa, Neigh, Meow, Woof?

Oyster Omelette at 101. I've never had it done this way. Super crispy shell, and soft and savoury middle.

Semenggoh. We were lucky. Correction, we were well prepared. We showed up early, and had a private visit with the Oran Utans before the crowds showed up. These photos were taken with my phone, that's how close they were. Awesome.

Discovered this Fuchow eating place in Kuching. Had to bring Claudia and she loved it.

When one goes to Kuching, one needs to buy Kek Lapis

The only Sarawak Laksa I will eat. This one is at Carpenter Street

We had dessert at this little shophouse near bishopgate. We noticed that this very special dessert place had very special added ingredients.

Not joking, today was 5th November.

We got Claudia to walk into Heritage Restaurant and try go make a reservation. We were successful (much more successful than when we sent Martin). Superb old school chinese food.

Day 4: Last breakfast before heading to the airport. Back to the Fuchow place.

Rental car. End 119524. Total distance traveled, 202km.

See you Kuching, will be back real soon.
