Mekong pho shop. One would think, "why travel all the way to australia to eat pho", but this was the best bowl of pho i've had outside hanoi.
Rice paper spring rolls, and they were nice enough to make them without parsley for us.
Definitely the 2nd best bowl of pho I've had so far.
