After last year's failed mission to the Tuna Auction, I promised myself that I would need to try again before they moved.

Tuna Head
"Fake" Uni. Basically, they took a sea urchin shell, and filled it with sea urchin roe (from other sea urchins), to sell to tourists. Real Uni does not look like that.
Hand minced Squid Paste, mixed with onions and corn and deep fried. Super weird, but super delicious.

This was a new building at Ginza, and the first 2 floors was occupied by Nissan
Tendon with a side of Soba.
