4pm at Disneyland. The sun is about to set. The light was gorgeous






They were posing for a shot. The photographer was on my right... so they were posing their bums.


This was taken at 5.30pm


2 of those globes are lights, and 1 is the moon. The moon was so big, and so round. I wish I had my 70-200.


Monja Street



The monjayaki bowl before it went onto the hotplate.



The dry ingredients are cooked first.



Then the zup from the bowl is added in.


The whole thing is mixed up and left to cook. You don't turn it over. Just eat it directly from the hotplate with the little spatula they provide.


Okonomiyaki. Its mixed before pouring onto the hot plate.


Cooked for a few minutes on one side to brown


Then flipped over, and the other side is cooked.


Once it's done, its portioned into 4.


Sweet sauce, mayo and bonito flakes are added on top.
